Sr. Procurement Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer (Civil) to manage the procurement of civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate technical and commercial bids.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• Source and prequalify vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers.
• Monitor procurement schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of procurement experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting, and supply chain management.
• Experience with large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per hour
