Role: Sr. Procurement Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple procurement and supply chain projects, including supplier risk mitigation and resilience initiatives.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with mechanical and electrical vendors for medical device components.
• Analyze quotes, bids, RFQs, and RFPs to recommend the best total-cost solutions.
• Oversee procurement requests, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor communications.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure supplier compliance.
• Track project milestones, costs, and KPIs; report status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive projects to successful completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, finance, or business (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or project management, ideally in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience processing and visualizing data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management abilities.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating across teams.
• Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
