Job Summary:
The Sr. Product Manager will serve as the lead product owner for Trellint’s citation and permit management platform, driving product vision, roadmap, and execution to deliver innovative solutions for municipal curbside operations.
Reporting to the Head of Product, this role is critical in ensuring our platform meets the complex needs of cities and agencies by streamlining citation and permit management processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry experience in parking, curbside management, or municipal operations, enabling them to identify opportunities and prioritize features that deliver measurable impact. Working closely with the Research & Development, Design, Customer Care and PMO teams, this individual will champion user-centric innovation and data-driven decision making to maintain Trellint’s leadership in curbside management technology.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for eTIMS.

Align product strategy with company goals and market trends.

Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the curbside management space.
Execution & Delivery

Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
Customer & Market Engagement

Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging industry expertise to guide product decisions.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions.

Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge for demos, RFPs, and proposals.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with internal teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Experience

5 – 8+ years industry experience in parking, curbside management, or municipal operations

Able to translate complex operational needs into user-oriented product solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority

Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions

Comfort with agile methodologies and product management tools

Sufficient technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

Experience with product management tools (Jira, Pendo, Figma, etc.) preferred

Able to travel up to 25% to attend onsite meetings and conferences and visit customers
