We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to help define and build something category-defining.

The Opportunity

This is one of the most strategic product roles in the company.

The Senior Product Manager, TransitOS will serve as a single-threaded owner for critical areas of the TransitOS roadmap, helping transform platform vision into measurable business outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of product management, engineering, data, design, AI, customer experience, and executive leadership. You will help establish priorities, align teams, remove ambiguity, and drive delivery across multiple products and stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys connecting systems and teams, and wants to build a platform that changes how mobility organizations operate.

What You'll Own

Platform Strategy & Roadmap

• Own key areas of the TransitOS product strategy and roadmap.
• Translate company objectives into product priorities and phased delivery plans.
• Define how TransitOS evolves from connected workflows into intelligent, AI-enabled operations.
• Identify platform opportunities, dependencies, and sequencing risks.
• Drive decisions around shared services, platform capabilities, and product boundaries.

Cross-Product Convergence

• Partner across product teams to define common workflows and reusable capabilities.
• Create experiences that unify multiple products into one cohesive platform.
• Support the development of shared data, intelligence, and interoperability layers.
• Ensure product decisions align with long-term architecture and business goals.

Product Execution & Delivery

• Convert strategy into requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional planning with engineering, design, data, and business teams.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform investments.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Establish operating rhythms that create visibility, accountability, and execution discipline.

Customer & Market Alignment

• Partner with commercial and customer teams to identify high-value use cases.
• Participate in design partner programs and customer discovery initiatives.
• Translate customer workflows into differentiated platform capabilities.
• Ensure TransitOS solves real operational challenges and delivers measurable value.

AI, Data & Operational Intelligence

• Define product requirements for dashboards, analytics, workflows, and intelligent experiences.
• Partner with engineering and data teams on operational insights and AI-assisted decision support.
• Help shape the evolution of TransitOS from visibility and reporting toward proactive, agentic operations.

Stakeholder Leadership

• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate roadmap decisions and product tradeoffs.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support internal adoption and readiness as new capabilities launch.

What You Bring

Required Experience

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading complex platform, enterprise software, or multi-system initiatives.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
• Strong experience with product strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery execution.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex problems.

Preferred Experience

• SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or workflow products.
• Analytics, data, or AI-enabled products.
• Platform convergence, product integration, or acquired-product environments.
• Transportation, mobility, logistics, fleet, workforce, or operational technology industries.
• Design partner programs or customer co-innovation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on strategic initiatives.
