Sr. Product Sourcing Analyst

Lifetouch is looking for a Sr Product Sourcing Analyst who will negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and optimize programs across all Lifetouch entities of indirect spend (MRO, Facilities, IT Equipment & Services, Fleet, Travel, Telecom). In this individual contributor role, the candidate will develop and maintain strategies with suppliers to leverage our spend, optimize utilization of indirect programs, streamline processes and mitigate risk of non-compliance. A successful candidate will have experience in best-practice procurement methods and business processes, as they work to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and cultivate supplier partnerships.

What You'll Do Here:
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that obligations are met and the process for renewals or replacement of existing agreements is managed in a timely and seamless manner
  • Prepare RFPs, bid documents, analyze and evaluate proposals, and lead the evaluation and decision-making process
  • Actively manage designated suppliers and initiatives aimed at cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide stakeholders with documentation and clear guidelines, for compliance to existing programs
  • Work with business partners to develop new and creative strategies and solutions as needs arise
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve supplier issues impacting internal stakeholders
  • Work with Finance business partners to gain access to and analyze spend data, to identify pricing errors and future opportunities
Skills & Qualifications You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business or a technical field
  • Minimum of 6 to 8+ years in a professional procurement function
  • Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to work with suppliers
  • Understanding of indirect program solutions available in the marketplace
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence change and compliance at all levels.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

Minnesota: [$72,750-$87,500]
