Peerless Coffee & Tea is looking for a detail-oriented Production Planner/Scheduler to help drive efficiency on our roasting and packaging floor. In this role, you’ll turn production and inventory data into clear daily schedules that keep our 11 production lines running smoothly. You’ll work closely with production supervisors and supply chain partners to set daily targets, reduce downtime, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts productivity, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
· Create daily production schedules by aggregating production and inventory data.
· Collaborate with production supervisors to set daily KPI targets and align labor/equipment resources.
· Monitor inventory of roasted and packaged coffee to balance demand and supply.
· Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on production planning, product velocity, and efficiency trends.
· Support process improvements that reduce waste and increase throughput.
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) to support daily and long-term planning.
· Experience with ERP or scheduling systems in a manufacturing environment.
· 2–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain preferred.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced production setting.
