Sr. Project Engineer

• Manage and supervise G+10 residential/commercial building projects and luxury villa construction from start to completion.
• Interpret and execute structural drawings, shop drawings, and approved IFC drawings accurately.
• Ensure proper implementation of structural works including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and retaining structures.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all construction works comply with Dubai Municipality, local authority regulations, and approved standards.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues related to structural works.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Assist in inspections with consultants and authorities and ensure closure of snag items.
