Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to oversee the technical and engineering aspects of façade and aluminum system projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project execution, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

• Lead the engineering and design activities for aluminum and façade projects, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, including site assessments and material evaluation, to support project planning.
• Review, verify, and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for façade and aluminum systems.

Project Execution

• Work closely with project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, quality benchmarks, and technical specifications are met.
• Identify potential engineering risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Collaboration

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and project coordinators on technical and project management matters.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical queries.
• Lead regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and corrective actions.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure engineering work adheres to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and material compliance.
• Conduct periodic site visits to oversee installation activities and resolve on-site technical issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including design calculations, technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist project managers in generating progress reports and project updates for senior management.

RequirementsEducational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of engineering experience in aluminum, façade, or construction projects, with a strong focus on project execution.

Skills

• Proficiency in design and engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of façade systems, curtain walls, glazing technologies, and aluminum engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
