Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer specializing in Aluminum and Façade Systems to manage the complete project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and final handover. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in aluminum, glazing, and façade systems, combined with proven leadership abilities and extensive experience delivering large-scale façade projects within the UAE or GCC region.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans including schedules, manpower allocation, material requirements, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or deviations.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, guide, and mentor engineers, supervisors, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
• Ensure clear communication, quick resolution of issues, and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising safety or quality.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
• Make timely decisions to avoid delays, reworks, and cost overruns.

Site Management & Coordination

• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, fabrication teams, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and technical audits.
• Ensure all work meets approved drawings, technical specifications, and client expectations.

Contractor & Supplier Management

• Manage procurement activities including material sourcing, supplier evaluation, and order follow-ups.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment as per project requirements.

Progress Reporting

• Prepare detailed progress reports outlining milestones, challenges, risks, and action plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation including drawings, approvals, logs, and correspondence.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and site safety regulations.
• Promote a proactive safety culture among all project staff.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or PMP Certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in Aluminum & Façade systems.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale façade or glazing projects in the UAE/GCC.

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of aluminum and glazing systems, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools (MS Project / Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, with exceptional organizational and decision-making skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
