Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer specializing in Aluminum and Façade Systems to oversee the complete project lifecycle—from planning and execution to final handover. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in aluminum and glazing works, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale façade projects within the UAE or GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, manpower, budgets, and material requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise and mentor engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a culture of high performance and accountability.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clear communication, prompt issue resolution, and high client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage project budgets and track financial performance.
• Implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality and timelines.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proactive decision-making to avoid schedule or budget overruns.

Site Management & Coordination

• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and suppliers for smooth execution.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, technical standards, and client expectations.

Contractor & Supplier Management

• Manage procurement, material sourcing, and vendor evaluation.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials as per project requirements.

Progress Reporting

• Prepare detailed progress reports highlighting key milestones, challenges, and action plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and site safety regulations.
• Promote a proactive safety culture among all project personnel.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or PMP Certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in the Aluminum & Façade industry.
• Proven success in managing and delivering large-scale façade or glazing projects.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• PMP or equivalent certification (advantage).

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong understanding of aluminum and glazing systems, materials, fabrication, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
