Sr. Project Engineer (Civil)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Sr. Project Engineer – Civil to oversee, lead and execute high-rise building project. The ideal candidate must be DM approved /Trakhees approval will be preferred with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil & building construction works with a solid contracting background in project execution, site management, and stakeholder coordination.

Ensure struct adherence to project timelines, shop drawings & submittals. Lead & supervise site execution teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Coordinate with engineering, consultants and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end civil construction activities and resource mobilisation.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Preparing of Shop drawings & Submittals consultant & client approval
• Supervise site execution teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and client teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management.
• Handle risk assessments, change orders, and technical documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• DM /Trakhees approval will be preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction & building construction works
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls and execution.
• Proficiency in Cad & Other project management tools (Primavera/MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED130,000.00 - AED150,000.00 per year
