Sr. Project Manager

Botmer International Is Hiring — Full-Time Project Manager (US Timings)
Location: Hybrid (karachi)
Schedule: 8 hours/day aligned with US time zones
Type: Full-Time

Botmer is growing fast, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager who can manage client communication, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple software projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end project delivery across AI, software, and product development projects.
• Coordinate daily with engineers, designers, and QA teams.
• Communicate with U.S. clients clearly and professionally.
• Track timelines, manage sprints, and ensure tasks stay on schedule.
• Prepare weekly reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Identify risks early and keep projects running efficiently.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in project management (tech/software preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong grip on task management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in U.S. time zones.
• Bonus: Experience working with remote or global teams.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
