Job Title: Project Manager - Business Transformations

As a Project Manager specializing in business transformations, you will facilitate the integration of processes and systems in the Renewable Energy sector. With a focus on post-M&A activities, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless management of business, process, and technical projects.

What you’ll do

• Lead the planning and execution of business transformation projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to achieve productive, value-add outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic and tactical plans.
• Manage project budgets and track vendor spend.
• Facilitate communication and change management to build thoughtful, effective solutions that "stick".

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with technical and business transformations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to address and resolve conflict.
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly while building trust and engagement.

Projected Total Compensation: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
