Timings: 10am to 6.30pm

Working days: 2nd & 4th Saturday off

PURCHASE EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE (Hospital material)

Job description

Candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and other goods, including vendor management, cost analysis, purchase order creation, and ensuring timely delivery. Coordinating with vendors during emergency requirement or shortage of material, Arranging and coordinating for quotations & samples from Companies for approvals, Vendor Management- Assessment of vendors regarding service delivery, quality of product, emergency supplies, payment matter, confirming with vendors about receipt of Purchase orders, Regular follow up with vendors for pending material, Preparing MIS as and when required by the HOD.

Candidate criteria

Experience: 4 to 6 Years in surgical procurement & general pharma procurement

Qualification required: Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline), Preferable Science Graduate

Other skills required: Good Communication Skills, In-depth purchase related knowledge of hospital materials & Effective negotiation skills

Computer MS Office Skills
