Sr. Purchase Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.

* Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery terms.

* Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

* Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.

* Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Monitor inventory levels and plan material procurement accordingly.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all purchase activities.

* Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

* 5+ years of experience in construction material procurement.

* Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market trends.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

* Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
