Sr. Purchase Executive

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement of electrical materials such as cables, panels, transformers, switchgears, MCC, PCC, LT/HT equipment, lighting, and accessories.
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per project schedules and site requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain reliable vendors and suppliers for electrical materials.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, warranties, and after-sales support.
• Maintain an approved vendor list and conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Achieve cost optimization through effective negotiation and alternate sourcing.
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis statements (CAS).
• Ensure procurement within approved budgets without compromising quality.
• Verify technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and material submittals in coordination with engineering and project teams.
• Ensure materials comply with approved technical standards, IS/IEC norms, and client specifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
