Job Role: Freelance Python Developers

Location: Permanent Remote

Work Days: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday

Shifts: 8 hours between 07:00 PM to 04:30 AM IST

Hiring Model:

Initial Phase: You understand the process, prepare and train with the internal team for client interviews and give the client interviews.

Hours required: 2-3 hours between 07:00 PM to 04:30 AM IST

Payment:

For Client Call – 3k
For Listening – 1k

2. Project Phase: Once you are selected by one of our clients, that's when you start your project and then you’ll transition to full-time engagement (8 hours/day) with remuneration ranging from INR 1.5 Lac to INR 2 Lac per month. M-F.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, code, test, and maintain Java applications and systems.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and reusable Java code.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs through systematic testing and debugging.
• Collaboration: Work with software engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver projects successfully.
• Documentation: Consistently document code for easier maintenance and future updates.
• Security: Implement and enforce security best practices to protect applications and data.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Python backend experience.
• 1+ years of frontend ( React / Angular)
• Proficient with FastAPI or Flask/Django.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL, ORM (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
• Good knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
