Role: Senior Python Developer - AI/ML Focus

Experience : 6-10 years

Location: Hyderabad

Python Expertise (Must Have):

* 6-10 years of professional experience in Python development

* Deep understanding of Python internals, design patterns, and best practices

* Strong experience with advanced Python concepts: decorators, generators, context managers, Meta classes

* Expertise in asynchronous programming (asyncio,

concurrent.futures)

* Proficiency in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications

* Experience with Python testing frameworks (pytest, unittest, mock)

* Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms

AI/ML Technologies (Highly Preferred):

* Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and architecture

* Working knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and VLMs (Vision Language Models)

* Experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building AI applications

* Familiarity with Azure AI Hub, Azure AI Foundry, or AWS Bedrock

* Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn

* Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques

* Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAQS)

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Architecture:

* Design and develop robust Python applications and microservices

* Build and deploy agentic AI systems and intelligent automation solutions

* Implement LLM-based applications with proper orchestration and workflow management

* Develop APIs and integrate with various AI/ML services and platforms

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards

AI/ML Implementation:

* Design and implement AI agents with complex reasoning capabilities

* Integrate LLMs and VLMs into production applications

* Build RAG pipelines and knowledge management systems

* Develop custom chains and graphs using LangChain/LangGraph

* Optimize model performance and manage inference costs

Technical Skills Required:

* Python 3.x (expert level)

* RESTful API development (FastAPI, Flask, Django REST Framework)

* Database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

* Git version control and CI/CD pipelines

* Docker and containerization

* Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Preferred:

* LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks

* Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence)

* AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker)

* Message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus)

* Microservices architecture

* Kubernetes and container orchestration

* Apache Airflow or similar workflow tools
