Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Tester with strong expertise in Selenium and related automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should not only have excellent hands-on technical skills but also the ability to lead, manage, and mentor the QA team effectively, ensuring the highest standards of software quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks.
• Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle — from planning and design to execution and defect management.
• Lead and guide the QA team to ensure efficient test coverage, best practices, and timely project delivery.
• Implement and enhance automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Perform regression testing and ensure continuous integration through tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve issues proactively.
• Monitor QA team performance and encourage a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with modern automation tools, scripting languages, and emerging QA technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidates with an educational background of B.E., B.Tech, M.E., and M.Tech are only preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in test automation.
• Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Experience with API automation (Postman, RestAssured, or Karate).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities — capable of motivating, training, and guiding QA engineers to excel in their work.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Cloud Testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Performance Testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).
