Sr. QAQC Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials, workmanship, and procedures comply with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients regarding QA/QC matters.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, NCRs, CARs, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all project activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise and guide junior QA/QC staff.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in [construction/oil & gas/infrastructure].
• Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM, BS, etc.).
• Certification in QA/QC or ISO is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
