Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – Buildings (Civil Construction)

Job Summary:

We are currently looking to hire a QA/QC Engineer – Buildings with minimum 4+ years of UAE experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance across all stages of construction in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and consultant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan for building construction works
• Prepare, review, and follow Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements
• Conduct inspections for civil works including concrete, reinforcement, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for inspections and approvals
• Review and ensure approval of material submittals prior to site use
• Raise, monitor, and close NCRs and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality compliance throughout construction stages
• Assist in internal and external quality audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience as QA/QC Engineer in building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and building codes
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise buildings preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
