Sr. Quality Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Martech solutions, complemented by expertise in automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Martech products and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software.
- Conduct regression testing, analyze test results, and identify and report software defects.
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in Martech or related industries.
- Strong expertise in test automation using Selenium and Cypress.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications related to software testing and automation.
- Experience with performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
