Sr. Quality Assurance civil Engineer

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – Civil Site

Location: Pune
Experience: 3–8 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality control and assurance at the construction site. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, inspections, documentation, and coordination with site teams as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct site inspections for civil works (RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plaster, etc.)

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications

· Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation (ITP, checklists, MIR, WIR, cube reports, etc.)

· Monitor concrete quality, material testing, and lab reports

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers

· Identify non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions

· Maintain quality records and reports

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Skills:

· Strong knowledge of civil construction processes

· Good understanding of IS codes and quality standards

· Experience in handling QA/QC documentation

· Knowledge of concrete testing, cube testing, and material inspection

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel & AutoCAD

· Good communication and reporting skills

Qualification:

· B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

· Certification in QA/QC)
