Sr .Quality Engineer (QA/QC) / Quality Engineer (QA/QC) ( Mechanical )

We are looking for a Quality Engineer (QA/QC) with prior experience in machinery spare parts and manufacturing industries. The candidate should be hands-on with shop floor quality processes, continuous improvement, and customer complaint handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve Quality Circles and quality systems
• Reduce rejection percentage through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Handle customer complaints, analysis, and effective improvement planning
• In-process quality inspection and online quality monitoring
• Exposure to laser coding on products at shop floor level
• Ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing
• Support and maintain quality certifications (ISO / QA-related standards)
• Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for quality compliance
• Prepare quality reports, documentation, and inspection records
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers

Required Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Quality Engineer in machinery spare parts / manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and shop floor operations
• Experience in AutoCAD (basic to intermediate)
• Good understanding of in-process inspection & online quality checks
• Knowledge of laser coding / product marking is preferred
• Familiar with quality certifications and audits
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to join immediately or within short notice or 15 days
