Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform risk and value management and cost control.
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
- Advise on a procurement strategy.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
- Negotiate contracts and work schedules.
- Monitor and report on project progress against the budget.
- Ensure that project costs are kept within budget.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports for clients and senior management.
- Manage and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Strong understanding of contract law and standard forms of contracts.
- Proven experience in cost estimation, financial management, and reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
