Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans
• Lead tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation processes
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders
• Prepare and certify interim valuations, final accounts, and payments
• Advise project teams on cost control, value engineering, and risk management
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Review subcontractor quotations and manage subcontract packages
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
• Support dispute resolution, claims defense, and negotiations
• Provide regular cost reports to senior management and clients

Qualifications & Skills:

• The candidate must have Degree in Civil Engineering
• Around 5-7 years’ experience of working in similar role and industry in Oman or in any other GCC countries
• Must be presentable and smart with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The candidate available in Oman will be preferred
