Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable ReactJS components and front-end architecture.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate designs and wireframes into functional web applications.
Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
Follow Agile methodologies, contribute to sprint planning, and deliver quality solutions on time.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement best practices for accessibility and security.

5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with ReactJS.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and JSX.
Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.
Knowledge of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and package managers (npm/yarn).
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control best practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for front-end deployments.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Location: Must be able to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
