Sr. Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. HR Executive / HR Team Lead to manage our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk and niche hiring, sourcing through multiple channels, and handling client requirements. Prior experience in managing a small team of recruiters is essential.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 recruiters

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT / Retail positions

Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a candidate pipeline

Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders for hiring needs

Track and report recruitment metrics and performance

Preferred Background:

Candidates from Consultancy, Retail, or Pharma industries are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
