The Sr. Recruiter is a senior-level recruiting professional who owns full-cycle talent acquisition for an assigned business area while providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to a small team of recruiters. This role is equal parts hands-on recruiter and team lead; you'll carry your own req load while helping others on the team deliver at a high level.

General Job Duties and Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for an assigned business area, ensuring roles are filled with qualified talent in a timely manner

Deep expertise in applicant tracking systems, specifically iCIMS

Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and prioritization to 1–2 recruiters to ensure alignment with business needs

Serve as the primary escalation point for recruiting challenges and partner with leaders to drive resolution

Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, priorities, and workforce plans

Define roles upfront with leaders, including scope, success measures, and indicators of strong performance

Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business priorities, including passive sourcing and employment marketing

Personally engage passive talent using advanced and AI-enabled sourcing tools, professional networks, referrals, and creative outreach

Set the standard for proactive, relationship-driven recruiting across the team

Build and maintain short-term and long-term talent pipelines ahead of demand

Review recruiter pipelines and candidate submissions to ensure quality, alignment, and readiness

Drive improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and execution

Coordinate interviews and manage feedback loops with speed, structure, and clarity

Use recruiting metrics to track progress, identify risks, and drive accountability

Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in the applicant tracking system

Experience

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least one year in a lead or senior capacity

Proven ability to source and recruit for technical, administrative, and management positions

Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates at all levels

Advanced sourcing skills including AI-enabled tools, professional networks, and creative outreach strategies

Professional negotiation skills, including experience leading salary discussions

Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and urgency

Committed to process improvement and recruiting best practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times

Must meet company minimum driving standards and ability to travel locally as needed
