Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding and engaging with DSAs (connector-based DSAs and call center DSAs) across the country.

2. Owning and forming channel strategy, schemes, payout mechanisms, and IT/tech interventions required, additionally need to implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes, and growth.

3. Identifying new initiatives to grow the channel and implementing them on the ground.

4. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on the ground and maximize daily delivery.

5. Set up processes for file pickup for disbursement from partners & manage the timely turnaround of individual case files.

6. Training and mentoring regional DSA heads/DSA KAMs, as well as external partners and their connectors and callers on a regular basis, providing them with pointed feedback to grow delivery.

Requirements:

1. 4-8 years of experience with a DSA Aggregator is preferred

2. High Sales Orientation to meet the sales targets consistently is a must

3. The ability to deal with stakeholders efficiently and manage complex client situations is a must

4. Previous experience in BFSI and immediate joiners would be given preference

5. Banking professionals with a strong understanding of credit operations are also welcome to apply
