Sr. Sales and Marketing Executive [ PEB Only ]

Identify potential clients (factories, warehouses, logistics parks, cold storages)

Visit industrial areas

Meet architects, consultants, PMC, contractors

Generate enquiries

Understand client requirement (span, height, load, crane capacity)

Coordinate with design team for preliminary drawings & BOQ

Explain PEB advantages over conventional buildings

Give technical presentations

Prepare techno-commercial offers

Follow up on quotations

Coordinate between client and project team

Ensure drawing approvals

Follow payment schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
