Senior Sales Consultant

About The Opportunity

A commercial role in the Staffing & Recruitment — Talent Acquisition and Workforce Solutions sector serving clients across the UAE and GCC. This on-site position focuses on selling end-to-end staffing, contract staffing, and managed-hiring solutions to corporate and enterprise accounts, building long-term client partnerships and delivering revenue growth against defined targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own a territorial or vertical sales quota: identify, pursue and close new enterprise and mid-market accounts for staffing and workforce solutions.
  • Develop and manage a qualified pipeline using CRM—drive outreach, demos, proposals and contract negotiations to shorten sales cycles.
  • Deliver consultative solution selling: map client hiring needs, design tailored staffing packages, and present ROI-based proposals.
  • Maintain strong account relationships and act as the single point of contact to coordinate internal delivery, onboarding and service excellence.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations and SLAs; manage pricing, discount approvals and contractual terms with finance/legal as required.
  • Track sales performance metrics, forecast accurately and collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in B2B consultative selling within staffing, recruitment or workforce solutions.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Strong account management and pipeline management skills; CRM-driven approach.
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts with enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Excel for reporting.
  • On-site presence in the UAE and legal right to work in-country.

Preferred

  • Exposure to recruitment ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn or HubSpot.
  • Experience selling managed services, RPO or workforce-solutions to GCC-based clients.
  • Arabic language proficiency or strong regional market relationships.
