Designation: Senior Sales Engineer – Instrumentation & Control Systems
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline).
- 5–6 years of sales experience in Instrumentation, Automation, or Process Control industries.
- Strong knowledge of flow metering, analyzer systems, valve automation, and instrumentation packages.
- Existing client network in Qatar or GCC with EPCs, end-users, and OEMs (advantageous).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and proposals simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
- GCC Driving License (required).
- Must be currently based in Qatar with NOC
Experience: Min. 5–6 years of proven Sales experience in Instrumentation, Valve Automation, Flow Metering, Online Analyzer Systems, and Instrumentation/Skid Packages.
Location: Doha, Qatar – Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
- Achieve the agreed sales revenue every year and grow business year on year.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in instrumentation and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, end-users, and OEMs.
- Support preparation of technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Provide technical clarifications and product presentations to customers.
- Monitor customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Coordinate with principals/suppliers to promote products and secure approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
