Role Objective
To drive consistent and high-quality sales closures by delivering personalized site visit experiences and financial consultations, with a target of achieving 6–8 bookings per month.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle through CRM — including timely follow-ups, visit scheduling, and feedback updates.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions focusing on lifestyle, ROI, and community-fit narratives.
- Re-engage dormant leads through WhatsApp and call campaigns to maximize conversion potential.
2. Customer Engagement & Experience
- Host clients for sample flat walkthroughs, festive events, and theme-based showcases.
- Deliver bilingual sales presentations (English/Marathi) tailored to buyer profiles — IT professionals, Doctors, Defense personnel, etc.
- Present financial insights including EMI calculations, tax-saving benefits, and ROI comparisons to support decision-making.
3. Broker & Channel Partner Coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top brokers and channel partners across the Wanowrie–NIBM–Kondhwa region.
- Conduct joint site visits and convert broker leads into direct bookings.
4. Reporting & Governance
- Participate actively in daily sales huddles and weekly funnel review meetings.
- Maintain ≥95% CRM hygiene, ensuring all lead stages and interactions are accurately updated and tracked.
Skill & Experience Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in residential real estate sales (mid to luxury segment) within the Pune market.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Financial understanding for EMI, loan, and tax benefit discussions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Excel.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate or MBA (preferred) with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
Compensation Structure
- CTC: ₹4 – ₹7 LPA
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per booking)

- Minimum 6–8 bookings per month
- ≥10% conversion rate from site visits to bookings
- ≥95% CRM data accuracy and discipline
- >90% customer satisfaction score
