Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound queries

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into site visits and bookings

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies

• Educate potential customers about Ramji Corp offerings

• Provide product training and guide clients through decision-making

Training on product knowledge will be provided.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Experience in customer service/telesales preferred

• Professional telephone etiquette and a confident, pleasant demeanor

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
