  • Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive , The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads , building strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and maintain regular communication with travel agents, corporate clients, to generate business leads.
  • Promote hotel rooms, packages, and services to potential clients and partners.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and field visits.
  • Conduct client meetings, property tours, and presentations to convert leads into bookings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities in the tracking system.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional events to increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, travel agency, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of the travel trade, market, and local hospitality trends.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and property visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
