We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with a strong background in the Chemicals and Textile sectors, specifically in Dyeing and Finishing.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, consistently achieving targets and ensuring timely recovery of payments. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of customer needs in the specified industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales and achieve assigned sales targets within the Chemicals and Textile (Dyeing and Finishing) industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits for order booking, follow-ups, and technical coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Supply Chain, Accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up and recovery of payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on sales experience in the Chemical and Textile industries, with mandatory exposure to Dyeing and Finishing.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating success in direct sales, target achievement, and payment recovery.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
