Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive – Aluminium Doors & Windows
Experience: 4–6 Years
Industry: Building Materials / Construction / Architectural Products
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for aluminium doors and window systems.
- Generate new business by onboarding builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Manage retail and project sales, from lead generation to order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including product specifications and solutions.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer data using CRM tools.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with internal teams.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics for smooth order execution and collections.
Candidate Profile (Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of sales experience in aluminium doors/windows or building materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and technical selling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits (two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
