Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Sales Executive to source, promote, and close loan products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Auto Loans, or Mortgage Loans. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers through field sales, referrals, cold calling, channel partners, and walk-ins
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment options
• Collect, verify, and process customer documents as per policy
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan disbursement
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and agents
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI norms, and internal guidelines
• Maintain MIS reports and update CRM regularly
• Follow up for disbursements and post-sanction documentation

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Finance preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in loan sales / financial products
• Experience in Bank, NBFC, Fintech, or DSA preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
