Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of junior sales executives to meet collective sales goals, including training on product knowledge and sales techniques. Conduct frequent client visits and travel to build long-term relationships, especially with high-value customers like NRIs or luxury buyers. Manage the full sales cycle, from inquiries and virtual consultations to closing deals, while tracking progress via CRM tools and preparing reports.
Required Skills
Demonstrate strong leadership to motivate teams and resolve performance issues. Excel in communication for explaining jewellery details like craftsmanship, gemstones, and pricing during in-person or video meetings. Possess deep product expertise, negotiation skills, and adaptability for flexible hours and travel.
Qualifications
Hold prior experience in jewellery or luxury sales, ideally 3-5 years with team leadership. A degree in business or marketing is preferred, along with proficiency in digital tools for lead tracking.
