We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead sales activities for our premium villa project in Alappuzha. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, proven real estate sales experience, and the ability to convert high-value leads into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for the villa project by generating, following up, and closing qualified leads
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villa options
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and events
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing formalities
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
- Stay updated on local real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of Alappuzha real estate market is a strong advantage
- Ability to handle high-net-worth clients professionally
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Valid driving license preferred
