Responsible to lead sales activities for landscape construction, irrigation, softscape, hardscape, and outdoor maintenance services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving revenue targets within the landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, hotels, villas, municipalities, and corporate clients.
- Meet prospective clients, conduct site visits, and understand project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams for project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Follow up on payments, project progress, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline forecasting.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in landscaping, irrigation, or related industry
Strong knowledge of:
- Landscape materials and plants
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read landscape drawings and BOQs is an advantage.
- UAE driving license required.
