We require Senior Sales manager having experience in selling real estate products for Silvassa location.
* Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process for high-rise residential/commercial projects in Silvassa.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective strategy and execution.
* Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
* Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to drive bookings and visibility.
* Identify and nurture relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
* Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales coordination.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Minimum **6 years of experience** in **real estate sales prefer **,
preferably in **
* Strong local market knowledge of **Silvassa and nearby regions**.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluent in **Hindi and English**.
* Graduate degree required; **MBA in Sales/Marketing** preferred.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
