Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- MBA preferred and considered a strong advantage
- Applicants with any bachelor’s degree and strong experience in building or construction-related sales are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the building, construction, or infrastructure sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
- Develop business opportunities within the assigned region and secure new work orders
- Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of Sales Engineers in the assigned area
- Engage with clients to secure projects, manage relationships, and ensure timely payment collection
- Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive client outreach and market development
