About the Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions to streamline processes, track KPIs, and drive growth. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning insights into action.


Key Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.

- Enhance products sell out on Shelf by Eye catchy Visibility & High Availability Rate

- Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and retailers visits efficiency.

- Recommend solutions to improve On Ground Execution workflows and outputs.

- Ensure data accuracy across all data providers and reporting systems.

- Collaborate with teams to execute strategic projects with Sales & Merchandiser teams


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- 2 - 4 years’ experience in sales operations and data analysis.

- Analytical & critical thinking mindset who see gaps and propose solutions proactively

- Proficiency in Data Analysis tools like Excel and Power BI

- Interpret the data and fully understand the story behind each figure.

- Experience in FMCG or retail industries.

- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Python Libraries.

- Understanding of AI-driven tasks & process automation.
