Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst (Locals Only)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams, gathering and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and driving implementation efforts. Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements related to Salesforce and CPQ implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and needs to develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval processes.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
• Proven experience working on complex Salesforce projects with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or relevant BA certification) is required.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud and CPQ processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
