Sr. Scrum Master

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who will serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe, and has a proven track record of leading teams toward high performance in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams on Agile practices and support the development of high-performing teams.
• Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel or resource.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution.
• Foster self-organization, accountability, and ownership within the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a healthy product backlog is maintained, groomed, and prioritized.
• Support and mentor less experienced Scrum Masters or team members as needed.
• Monitor and report on key Agile metrics and team performance.
• Promote continuous improvement and organizational agility through Agile coaching and facilitation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
