Sr. SEO Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SEO Executive to join our team in Noida. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our website’s search engine visibility through effective keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and comprehensive SEO audits. You will work closely with the social media and content teams to ensure all SEO strategies support broader digital marketing objectives.

Location: Must be a resident of Noida region

Experience Preference: Candidates with prior experience in educational institutions are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority and keyword rankings.
• Plan and implement ethical (white-hat) link-building campaigns.
• Conduct detailed backlink audits and manage toxic link removal or disavowal.
• Identify and collaborate with high-quality websites for guest posting, content sharing, and outreach opportunities.
• Monitor and manage online reputation and brand mentions across digital platforms.
• Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly, shareable content that attracts high-quality backlinks.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm changes and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify new opportunities for link acquisition.
• Promote content through social bookmarking, forums, directories, and influencer outreach.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel skills.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Off-Page SEO, Link Building, or Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach and collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data effectively.
• Familiarity with content marketing and social media promotion.
• Up-to-date with the latest SEO practices, trends, and algorithm updates.
• Expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO audits is a plus.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000
