Sr. SEO Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Team Lead to manage and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SEO expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team to achieve performance goals across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives and analysts
• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
• Oversee content optimization and collaborate with content and design teams
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Track KPIs such as organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI
• Identify SEO issues and recommend actionable solutions
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry trends
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly SEO performance reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate with developers for technical SEO improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience leading or mentoring junior SEO team members
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with local SEO, e-commerce SEO, or international SEO
• Basic knowledge of PPC, CRO, and content marketing
• Certification in Google Analytics or SEO-related courses
