Key Responsibilities:

The SEO Executive will be responsible for conducting technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that websites follow SEO best practices. The role includes performing comprehensive keyword research to optimize website content and meta elements, implementing on-page SEO strategies such as meta tags, header tags, keyword optimization, content optimization, schema markup, and internal linking. The candidate will monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, while also analyzing competitor websites to improve search rankings and visibility.

The position requires developing and executing link-building strategies to improve domain authority, staying updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, and assisting in creating and optimizing content for blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets. The SEO Executive will also handle technical SEO aspects such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data. Additional responsibilities include content writing for off-page and website optimization, creating and managing local citations and directory listings, setting up, managing, and optimizing Google My Business profiles, collaborating closely with the digital marketing team to align SEO initiatives with overall marketing goals, and preparing monthly SEO reports and analytics.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO with strong knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SERanking is essential. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques is required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A strong passion for staying updated with the latest SEO trends and industry developments is highly valued.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms is preferred. Knowledge of technical SEO, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile SEO, will be considered an added advantage.
